Elaine is responsible for all of the behind-the-scene work such as processing paperwork, handling the details, ensuring clients’ needs and expectations are being managed, and taking care of any administrative duties you may have before, during, and after your sale.
Elaine is a life-long Londoner. She and her husband Rick are the proud parents of their two grown sons, Rick Jr & Mark.
Elaine had a long and successful career with the provincial government for 29 years and took advantage of an early retirement opportunity in 2017, following which she began a new career as a birth/postpartum doula.
With the arrival of the Nadeau family twins in 2019, Elaine was hired as the boys’ postpartum doula and then nanny. Once the boys began pre-school, Elaine began her role as the administrative assistant in Devin’s busy real estate business.
Elaine is a volunteer board member with Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario. She enjoys live music, reading and spending time at her family cottage in the Bruce Peninsula.

I know that it’s not true, but it feels like they’re on call 24/7. Several times I needed to contact one of them at 9 or 10 pm and they were always cheery and quick to answer via text or voice…..”
