After devoting two fulfilling years caring for her daughters as a devoted stay-at-home mom, Holly has now decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a Real Estate Agent. Joining the prestigious Nadeau + Reid Real Estate Team fills her with profound pride, especially knowing she’ll have the opportunity to acquire wisdom from industry leaders like her former Real Estate Agent, Lindsay Reid.
Holly’s journey into the world of real estate started at the age of 23 when she invested in her first duplex, igniting a passion that has thrived alongside her husband. Together, they’ve ventured into various property investments, overseeing extensive renovations, and are currently embarking on their first new build project. Holly’s multifaceted personal experience in real estate spans from investment endeavors to family residences and luxury properties. She is deeply committed to understanding her clients’ distinct needs and delivering unparalleled service with proficiency and attentiveness.
Born and raised on a farm near Stratford, ON, Holly has called London home since 2005. Early on, she aspired to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Equipped with a Law Clerk diploma from Fanshawe College and boasting 14 years of professional experience in the Insolvency industry, she rose to the role of Estate Manager for one of Canada’s largest Insolvency Firms. Her days were often spent meeting with clients, assessing their circumstances, and devising strategies to assist them. This background has equipped her with invaluable skills in navigating high-pressure scenarios with empathy and poise. Transitioning into real estate, Holly eagerly anticipates leveraging her skilled negotiation and client relations to the advantage of both buyers and sellers.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Holly finds fulfillment in her family life alongside her husband, Justin, and their three cherished daughters—Lauren, Charlotte, and Sloane. Justin is also embarking on a career transition, bidding farewell to a decade in Policing to pursue his passion for architectural design. During her leisure time, Holly actively participates in her children’s school community, contributing to the parent council, organizing fundraisers, and chaperoning field trips. She also takes great joy in cheering on her daughters at hockey, soccer, and cheerleading competitions.
