I’m here to change the real estate process, help you make better decisions, and be your friend along the way.

Sometimes you choose a career; sometimes your career chooses you.  That’s what happened when Lindsay was buying a home and used friend/Realtor® Jeff Nethercott. “I knew I wanted a change, but I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do,” Lindsay says. Impressed with Jeff and feeling a natural “click” with her people skills and business acumen, Lindsay obtained her real estate license and hasn’t looked back.  She goes all-in for her clients, whether they’re buying or selling.  “It’s hard not to get emotionally invested when you’re helping people with the biggest purchase they’ll ever make,” Lindsay laughs. “But I can’t do anything part way.”

As a founding member of the Nadeau + Reid Real Estate Team, Lindsay wanted to build a real estate practice that balanced excellence in customer service while making London a better place to live and work.  She has used her contacts to help create and manage London Ontario Volunteer Experts (LOVE), a group of people from all walks of life who come together to provide boots on the ground for charities and events throughout London year-round. “There are so many great causes in London, and LOVE is one way we try to support as many as we can,” says Lindsay.  A London native, Western grad, and member of the board of the London – St. Thomas Association of Realtors® (LSTAR) Lindsay knows the London market, and is ready to help clients make the big decisions and achieve their dreams.  She takes it personally.

There’s one feeling that never gets old: The excitement that comes from helping people find the home of their dreams. I love that, and it’s my mission to share it with clients when we work together.

Ready to start your own adventure? Let’s do it!

One of my core values is rooted in always giving back to the community, which is why I started the London Ontario Volunteer Experts (LOVE). We choose charities, and we constantly give back. Over the years, we’ve helped the Salvation Army, the Boys and Girls Club, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation (just to name a few).

It’s important to me that we are consistently giving back – as professionals and as people. It’s also become a big part of how our team operates, because it’s something that’s important to every one of us.

I’m also an avid traveler. I love being able to travel to different places to see people’s homes, what they eat, and how they live.

For me, picking up those little details are enriching and enlightening. It’s helped me learn to love the unexpected!
